Computer Language for MobileRobots: Interpretation and language for real-time task control at Capra Robotics ApS

Capra Robotics creates mobile robotic platforms especially suited for outdoor or outdoor/indoor use. Our Vision is "To Create Mobile Robots That Help People Everywhere". Our solution allows our customers to focus on their specific application providing them with a better business case.

Our mobile robots have a great flexibility both in terms of how to drive, but also on what tasks should be executed by the robots. In order to enhance the possible tasks for the robot, we would like to look at methods for developing a computer language for the robots. This language would make it possible to execute tasks, that was not previous envisioned by the current task executor on the robots.

Like other languages for robots, it is of a great importance, that it is possible to step through the program, for development and debug purpose. But it’s also important that the program can be executed with real-time constraints in mind.

All needed equipment will be made available.

At Capra Robotics we are team players, and you will have all the sparring you need. You will have ample opportunity to “nerd” and bring your suggestions and/or new ways to solve the challenges to the table.
