Rollen som juniorprojektleder

Vi arbejder med ledelse af IT-forretningsprojekter, project portfolio management og produktudvikling – og det skal du hjælpe os med. Du kommer til at arbejde med beslutningsoplæg, business cases og ledelses- og projektrapportering og bliver en del af vores dynamiske produktudviklings- og projektteam.

Du får en vigtig rolle i at planlægge og følge op på møder med stakeholders og topledere – herunder at levere professionelle beslutningsoplæg. Og du kommer til at lære, hvordan vi gennemfører forretningsudviklingsprojekter. Du kommer til at arbejde tæt sammen med lederen af ”Projects”, Bo Nielsen, der har ansvar for at drive den samlede portefølje af forretningsprojekter.

Vi arbejder teambaseret og vi sørger, at du får den støtte, der skal til for at du kan udvikle dig. I starten er du en hjælpende hånd, efterhånden arbejder du mere og mere selvstændigt med øget ansvar.

Hvordan ser din arbejdsdag ud?

Dine dage hos os vil indeholde mange forskellige opgaver, og to dage vil sjældent være ens, men dine opgaver kunne fx være at:

  • Lave dagsorden og indkalde til Proejct Board – et ledelsesmøde, der handler om at prioritere nye projekter og vurdere eksisterende projekter.

  • Kontakte vores projektledere, så vi kan få en opdateret status til Project Board.

  • Holde møde med vores sælgere, for at vurdere, hvor meget omsætning et af vores nye forretningsinitiativer kan skabe. På denne baggrund skal du opdatere omsætningstal i vores business case-skabelon.

  • Være hjælpende hånd til projektlederen og dokumentere beslutninger taget på et styregruppemøde for et internationalt IT-projekt.

Hvem er du?

  • Du har en vidergående uddannelse (fx. fra CBS, DTU eller ITU)

  • Du er nysgerrig og har lyst til at udvikle dig i samspil med andre

  • Du er analytisk og god til tal og Excel

  • Du er skarp i mundtlig og skriftlig kommunikation (også på engelsk) og behersker PowerPoint

  • Du trives i et travlt og uformelt miljø og du vil gerne gøre en forskel

  • Du har for nylig afsluttet din uddannelse – eller gør det til sommer

  • Du drømmer om at blive managementkonsulent inden for den finansielle sektor med fokus på IT og forretning – det vil du kunne efter 3-4 år hos os.

Junior Project Manager for Euronext Securities Copenhagen

Have you just graduated (or will soon be), and do you want to work as an internal project manager in an international and ambitious financial company?

  • Then we might have an exciting opportunity for you. We offer a fast paced job with a steep learning curve, fantastic colleagues and great development opportunities.

The role of Junior Project Manager

We work with management of IT business projects, project portfolio management and product development – and you will help us with that. You will work with draft resolutions, business cases, management and project reporting, and you will be part of our dynamic product development and project team.

You will have an important role in planning and following up on meetings with stakeholders and top managers – including delivering professional draft resolutions. Moreover, you get to learn how we implement business development projects. You will work closely with Bo Nielsen, the manager of "Projects", who is responsible for running the overall portfolio of business projects.

We work team-based and we make sure that you get the support you need to develop. In the beginning you are a helping hand, gradually you work more and more independently with increased responsibility.

What does your workday look like?

Your days with us will contain many different tasks, and two days will rarely be the same, but your tasks could entail the following:

  • Create an agenda and convene the Proejct Board – a management meeting about prioritizing new projects and assessing existing projects.

  • Contact our project managers so we can get an updated status for the Project Board.

  • Meet with our salespeople to assess how much revenue one of our new business initiatives can generate. Update revenue figures in our business case template based on these meetings.

  • Be a helping hand to the project manager and document decisions made at a steering committee meeting for an international IT project.

Who are you?

  • You are curious and want to develop in collaboration with others

  • You are analytical and good at numbers and Excel

  • You are sharp in oral and written communication (also in English) and master PowerPoint

  • You thrive in a busy and informal environment and you want to make a difference

  • You have recently completed your education – or will do so this summer

  • You dream of becoming a management consultant within the financial sector with a focus on IT and business – you will be able to do this after 3-4 years with us.
